Returns & Exchanges

We are sad that your item(s) didn't work out, but it's very easy to return!

Returns are accepted for exchange (if available) or STORE CREDIT

You may request store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchasing your order.

Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at info@southerlandbloom.com to inform us of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Inside of your return, please include your order number and a note of why you are requesting an exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Initial order shipping cost will not be refunded. Southerland Bloom Boutique is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, gift cards, personalized items and earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
