Yes, on all USA orders over $75 before taxes and after applicable discounts qualify for free standard shipping.

If you are local to Independence, Kentucky. You can choose "free local pickup" at checkout!

Once your return is received and we have inspected it, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a store credit will be emailed to you via virtual gift card.

IN GENERAL: 2-4 SMALL, 6-8 MEDIUM, 10-12 LARGE, 14-16 EXTRA LARGE

CURVY SIZING: 16-18 1X, 20-22 2X, 24-26 3X

Every item runs differently therefore there is no size chart that will work for certain for every person! Pay special attention to the product description where we note if items runs small, large, or are true to size. We will try our best to provide plus sizing as much as possible. If you have any questions regarding sizing please contact us under the "contact" tab and thank you for shopping with us!

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@southerlandbloom.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

We currently only ship in the USA. We may expand to international shipping one day!

Unfortunately we do not have a brick and mortar store. We are hopeful that one day we will!
You can definitely catch us at craft shows and pop-up shops.

Oh no! We’re sorry you’re missing your package. I would contact the shipping carrier used (USPS, FedEx, UPS) because once we drop the package off, we have zero control.
